We require an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) with our clients to ensure a confidential development environment within each project. We ensure all customers and suppliers comply with our quality, privacy and security requirements. Our policies and processes cover the source of the information, the minimum quantity of data to be collected for any one application, which person(s) will be authorized to access this information, and the possible risks involved. These risks are mitigated by the implementation of relevant policies and procedures.
NDA with Employees and other Contract Staff
All employees and sub-contractors must sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) which clearly states that they are in breach of any contract of engagement if they disclose any information relating to customers or the Company’s Intellectual Property to a third party. Any breaches will lead to dismissal and or fines, a prosecution or both. We clearly state that failing to uphold the agreement is ground for legal action and termination. We may also ask for a drivers licence, passport or European identity card for identity verification purposes. We do not store this information.
We also hold all information related to specific delivery requirements, including the item description, carrying skills required, delivery date, and communications and ratings in connection with the delivery.
For quality control and training purposes, we may monitor or record your communication with our support team.
Our mobile apps may use Flurry and Google Analytics to gather generic data about usage to help us improve the apps.

As part of the process of verifying information provided by Trade Businesses we may carry out, either directly or via carefully selected and appropriately regulated third party data verification agencies, identity verification checks on you to verify the information you have provided to us.
